I was so lucky to have Rotem attend my birth in July. We were both kind of shy at first but at the first meeting I just knew we were going to work well together. I had taken the same doula program last fall and had some of the same knowledge. She went above and beyond to find me resources to help make my pregnancy and birth that much smoother. We talked about her experience and things I wasn’t aware of during birth. She made me feel more confident than I already was with the decision to have a natural birth after 2 epidural births. During birth she was exactly the support my husband and I needed. Spoke about different positions to try and made sure my husband was hands on as well. I wouldn’t have been able to get through it without her. Doulas aren’t talked about enough. They play such an important role in whatever route of birth you decide! I will always be thankful for having Rotem’s support during my last birth.
